Therapists

Franchesca Cardona

I’m Franchesca, owner and founder of Vos Vita Counseling, with over 14 years of clinical experience providing therapy in Georgia. Through my own personal challenges, I experienced the transformative power of psychotherapy, which ultimately led me to dedicate my career to the field of mental health.

Throughout my career, I have worked with diverse communities, including Spanish-speaking individuals, the LGBTQ+ community, and individuals living with HIV/AIDS. I have also led community workshops, trained local law enforcement in crisis intervention, and served as a program director for multiple mental health agencies in the Atlanta area.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Certified Dialectical Behavior Therapist (C-DBT), and Certified Professional Counselor Supervisor (CPCS). My experience spans community mental health, hospitals, residential treatment centers, mobile crisis units, and private practice.

Today, through Vos Vita Counseling, I offer bilingual therapy in Spanish and English, providing in-person counseling in Marietta, GA and secure telehealth services to clients throughout the state of Georgia. I look forward to supporting you on your healing journey and helping you build the life you deserve.

Katherine Garcia

I’m Katherine Garcia, a therapist at Vos Vita Counseling, where I provide trauma-informed therapy for adolescents and adults. I offer counseling in both English and Spanish, and work with clients through in-person sessions in Marietta, GA, as well as secure telehealth services throughout the state of Georgia.

I specialize in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and support individuals navigating trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, stress, and risk-related behaviors. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and skills-based, helping clients better understand their experiences while developing practical tools to manage symptoms and build resilience.

I am passionate about creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered in their healing process. Together, we work to reduce distress, strengthen coping strategies, and foster meaningful, lasting change.

Whether you are seeking support in Spanish or English, in person or through telehealth, I look forward to walking alongside you as you work toward healing and a more balanced life.
