A brief consultation is to help me understand your concerns and reasons for counseling and so you can learn more about my online and face to face therapy services.
If we both feel it’s a good fit for working together, we can then move forward.
Initial Assessment
50 Minutes by online video conference or in office
$125
At the initial assessment we discuss more fully the problems and concerns which lead you to seek out counseling, your personal history, current symptoms, and goals for therapy.
An initial treatment plan will be developed collaboratively between you and I.
Individual Sessions /Family and Couples Sessions
50 Minutes by online video conference or in office
(weekly or bi-weekly)
$125/ $150
I provide a safe and therapeutic space to assist you in your process towards healing and self-improvement. Talk therapy will involve discussing your concerns and life experiences and I will ask questions and share my observations with you.
We will discuss your strengths and work on building upon these to address areas of concern. Individual therapy sessions are 50 minutes and usually occur at a regularly scheduled time once or every other week.
Supervision sessions
Individual supervision - $90 for 1.5 hours
Group supervision - $60 for 1.5 hours
Mental Health and Wellness trainings
Rates upon request.
Rates differ based on what the needs of your business are and the time needed to fulfill request.
Payment
Payment is due at time of service.
I accept all major credit and debit cards (This also includes FSA and HSA cards). A credit card is required to be kept on file for payment of sessions.
A superbill can be generated at the end of the month through your client portal due to services being out of network. You are still responsible for payment; however, most insurances will accept a superbill for possible reimbursement.
