I have had 14 years of experience as a clinician in the state of Georgia.  I received my Bachelor of Behavioral Science (B.B.S) degree in Psychology from Hardin Simmons University in Abilene, TX and a Master of Psychology (M.S.) degree from Georgia Southern University. After leaving Statesboro to move to Atlanta, I gained experience with a variety of different populations that garnished me with more knowledge into the field of Psychology.  I have worked with the Spanish speaking community, the LGBTQ+ community, with individuals living with AIDs and HIV, to working in the homes of anyone that needed mental health support within the community.  I have offered workshops and trainings to the community and organizations as well as trained local Police officers in Crisis interventions.  I have developed multiple programs for multiple agencies in Atlanta as Director to those programs. I have provided supervision for those therapists interested in earning their full licensure to practice in the state of Georgia.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia. I am a Certified Dialectical Behavioral Therapist (C-DBT) and also a Certified Professional Counselor Supervisor (CPCS) for the state of Georgia I gained my clinical experience working in Community Mental Health, Residential Treatment Centers, Hospital settings, Mobile Crisis and Private Practice.
